I’m not even going to pretend anymore—I just cannot call this a weekly weigh-in when my last update was four months ago haha. I have been wanting to get this all out for a while now so I’m happy I had a few minutes to do so today, if only for myself.

I AM OVERWEIGHT!
I want to shout it from the rooftops. A few pounds ago I left the ‘obese’ BMI category and entered ‘overweight’ for the first time in over a decade!
In my last update I said I hoped to post more regularly and that was 2 months ago. I’m obviously not very good at being consistent in blogging, but I have been consistent in my weight loss. I’ve just gotten over a horrible seemingly-never-ending cold and so this is the first week in quite a few that I’ve managed to get 5 workouts in, but I have been sticking to my calorie goals – even while surrounded by mini eggs and chocolate bunnies.
I can’t believe Easter has come and gone already. Only three months left until school is over, which means only about five more months until Cordelia starts Kindergarten… oh my. I’ve been working a lot lately and I was looking forward to some quality family time this weekend and that’s exactly what I got. We watched movies, got crafty, played board games, and spent hours just hanging out and enjoying each other’s company.
