Happy new year!
Back to reality today after two absolutely amazing weeks off with my little family. I spent a few hours on the weekend (in-between prepping for our return to the real world) reflecting back on the holiday season while editing photos and realized I took so many pictures over the past six weeks it would be easiest to break this up to two posts. So for today, here are our pre-Christmas highlights!
October felt like it was over as soon as it started! Can you believe there are only 53 days until Christmas?? We started and ended the month with dressing up. First up was ‘Dress as Your Favourite Book Character’ day at school and Bobby chose Geronimo Stilton. I am not a crafty person by any means so I was very proud of myself for DIYing this up for him the day before.
I am quickly approaching 100 days of healthier living (yesterday was my 95th day of logging into myfitnesspal) and I thought it was the perfect time to share where I’m at and some progress pics!
I haven’t kept up with exercising every day. I’m averaging 5 days a week – sometimes it’s 6, sometimes it’s 4. I’ve started to mix things up and instead of just hopping on my recumbent bike for 30-40 minutes I’ll also do T25, Cize, or some YouTube workouts. As long as I burn calories I’m happy.
