It’s been a long time since I qualified for an Influenster campaign, so I was really excited when I found out I was receiving the new Bite Beauty Lip Pencil. I don’t normally wear lip liner, I always find that they tug and pull at my lips and I’m already so rushed in the morning I just don’t have time for the extra step… but Bite Beauty never disappoints!
A few weeks ago I wrote about Too Faced Creamy Peach Oil Lip Gloss in Papa Don’t Peach, which is my favourite of the three I picked up – today I’m showing off Peach Please which Too Faced describes as a Coral Peach. On me, it is just straight up pink.
The packaging is ridiculously cute but again it frustrates me that the sticker on the lid isn’t centered, and the wand applicator is super soft. The gloss itself tastes sweet, smells like peaches, and the scent lasts for 10-15 minutes. It feels like a $24 lipgloss (creamy, hydrating, not sticky), but it doesn’t look like it. This is what I’ve been calling a ‘grocery store lipgloss’. I’ll wear it around the house because it feels amazing on my lips, and I’m okay with wearing it to run errands… but I won’t wear it by itself to work. It settles in, and emphasizes, the lines in my lips… the pictures below actually look better than it does in person.
The Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Palette is an all-in-one cheek palette containing bronzer, blush, and illuminator.
This illuminating, blushing and bronzing palette gives the natural radiance of a glowing peach sunset. Give your skin the appearance of being bathed in the most beautiful peachy golden light.
The packaging is tin with a magnetic closure and the mirror is a decent size. It has the same artificial peach scent as the other products in the line, which I love. The blush contains 5.5g / 0.19 oz and the highlight and bronzer each contain 3.0g / 0.10 oz.
