I have been trying really hard this year to change up my blush and not be intimidated by what it looks like in the pan. Typically I would have looked at this, and said there’s no way in heck it’ll look nice on me. How wrong I was! Mellow Wine Color Icon Blusher by Wet n Wild is a beautiful deep rose shade with a matte finish. It is extremely pigmented – I literally tap my brush in the blush and blend it out on my cheeks. I’ve read that some people have problems with it fading unevenly but I haven’t had that problem. I haven’t tried it on bare skin but it applies and blends out wonderfully over my foundation and still looks great at the end of the day.
Oh, hey! Your shy, coy smile just made us blush. Wait…did we just make you blush? Or…was it this silky-smooth powder that blends perfectly into those sweet cheeks? Well, keep it up, especially with this nylon-treated, dermatologist-tested makeup formula that lasts all day! This silky-smooth, lightweight blusher strikes the perfect balance between a blendable transparent sheen and a radiant pop of maximum color. We are totally confident you’ll name this the “best blush you’ve ever tried.”
The packaging isn’t great – as you can see it’s already scuffed up, and the brush that comes with it is pretty useless – but at less than $5.00 it is hard to complain. It will definitely be one of my most used products this winter!
